“Cause looking in your eyes time passes by as fast as it can go. We could be movin real slow to the radio, with all the lights on low. I know this little place baby, not far away…Maybe we can go, no one has to know.” |

| “Cause whats left to lose? Ive done enough, and if i fail, well then i fail, but i gave it a shot. And these last three years, I know they’ve been hard, but now its time to get out of the desert and into the sun – even if it’s alone”

April Meservy – Wear Out My Life
So I met April Meservy about 2 weeks ago. I had heard about a show by Mindy Gledhill, and as I was walking up I heard some jazz-ish type music. The place where the show was at was basically in the middle of a street. As I got closer I saw it was a duet. Some girl with a…I would say “fresh” voice…was jamming with another guy on piano. I only caught the tail end of the song, but randomly ran into the singer (April) later that night.
Long story short, I ended up with a couple of songs from her to give to a music friend of mine in the Bay Area as a demo. So here is one of her songs. Brace yourself.
“Wear Out My Life”
